Beatriz is the perfect host , always responsive and very friendly. The place is even better than in the photos. With its perfect location i think is one of the best places that you can find in Valencia. Recommend for sure !

The house is perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and public transport. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, and the air conditioning was a real blessing during the heat. Manuel was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Excellent stay at Juan and Gionata's! The apartment was impeccable when we arrived, very clean and well equipped. Everything is within walking distance, which is super convenient to fully enjoy the stay. Juan and Gionata were very responsive, available and attentive from start to finish. Excellent stay, quiet and relaxing especially after a day of walking in Valencia. We were able to enjoy all the equipment made available to us. Even if a vehicle is necessary for visits, we are not far from the city of Valencia (1/2 hour). Our host is very responsive, which is appreciated. We would recommend this listing.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

We didn't have much time because we were going to an event. Graham was on the lookout to give us clear instructions on how to get there, park, and restaurants. Incredible views where you can breathe tranquility. Highly recommended place, with everything you need for a longer stay.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.

We had a great stay in Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.
