Our family with a 3 year old toddler stayed in this apartment for two weeks in March. The apartment feels modern, well equipped and brand new. Very suitable for families. Elevator is nice to have. The living room is bright. We slept very well. Location is prime, very close to the very swimmable beach, promenade, great restaurants and to 3 different playgrounds, and the local grocery shop. Easy to drive to hike points in Teide. The sunny shared rooftop was nice to have access to. The garage we had for one week was convenient to have. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. Our host Isabel was lovely. The only minuses: - the occasional noise from neighbors from the hallway or from the ground floor terrace, especially from the smaller bedroom where the window is connected to the inner "silo" of the building. The bed in the small bedroom feels more like a thin guest bed and is squeaky. - There where occasional smoke smell coming from the ventilator in the bathroom, which disappeared
