Beachfront holiday rental in Playa San Juan

Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. If you want to support sustainable tourism this island, this accommodation is the place to be! The finca is furnished with a lot of style and attention to detail, everything is very well maintained and thought out. We were particularly impressed by the daily service with fresh bananas and vegetables from the garden – just great! The finca consists of several apartments, yet you have your private garden and enjoy an absolutely quiet, relaxing environment. For families with small children (ours are 2 and 4 years old), the grounds are ideal – plenty of space to play and discover. The proximity to the beach is also fantastic, including breathtaking sunsets. A wonderful place to experience the beauty of Tenerife in peace and harmony with nature – absolutely recommended!
