This exclusive 2-storey villa is idyllically located in the upper part of the Tauro Valley with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Tauro Golf Course, right by the famous Amadores Beach. Both floors have well-equipped kitchens. The living room on the main floor is decorated with Italian furniture and with large windows and sliding doors to the garden and swimming pool. The villa is located in a quiet area, tastefully decorated, with 2 terraces, 1 with dining table under the canopy and 1 at the BBQ, 2 fireplaces, BBQ, and heated 10 m long swimming pool, (heated in the period 15 Sept. to 15 April) to 26 degrees. Equipped with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for golfers, close to 9+18 holes course. The Amadores and Tauro Beach at 2km and next to Puerto Rico with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Book a minimum of 7 nights

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.
