Condo holiday rentals in Playa Chacmool

Nice little place. It's a little rougher than the pictures suggest, but it was still nice. The view from the pool was very nice. The only thing is that there's not much around. You would need an Uber or taxi to go anywhere. The restaurant that was walking distance ended up being from a hotel.

WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN THE HOST WAS VERY HELPFUL VERY RESPONSIVE 10/10 ALL THE EXCURSIONS ARE ON THIS RESORT WILL STAY AGAIN.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Thank you for hosting us

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

Unit was exactly as described and included all amenities. Very spacious, nice balcony with a beautiful view at sunset. Had no issues with hot water. Host had sunscreen and bug spray for guests to use during their stay - a very nice touch. The rooftop area and pool are absolutely amazing, with a gorgeous view!

This Airbnb was amazing looks just like the pictures it was so clean and beautiful I was in heaven and the host was friendly as we’ll always communicate with me and even answered all my questions

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Best bang for your buck, nice sized rooms, balcony, amazing roof top for tanning and swimming. Literally across from playa tortugas where you can take ultramar ferry to isla mujeres and enjoy playa norte. Close enough to the night life and new shopping center. 10/10 would recommend if you want stay within a certain budget.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

Excelente lugar, muy céntrico y agradable, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente. Solo tal vez como comentario, falta una tv en la sala.

Excelente ubicación si vas al centro de Cancún. El departamento muy amplio y muy bien equipado. Muy cómodas las 3 terrazas para tomar el sol. Un bonito plus la pantalla de la sala.

Veronica was an outstanding host! She was extremely attentive and proactive to all of our needs. Her place was in excellent condition and in a desirable part of town (Puerto Cancun). I highly recommend staying at her place!

This place exceeded our expectations!! Eric & Daisy were great attentive host. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Additionally, I appreciated they had suggestions for shuttle services which saved us so much hassle. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views. The area was peaceful and never too crowded. There was also a pool which was also nice to have around. Clean water for us to drink was provided, AC worked great, the condo was super spacious, the washer was a great amenity, convenience stores right across, and was walkable to many pick up locations for guides/tours. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral und enthält alles wichtige. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wirklich einzigartig und obwohl drum herum alle möglichen Clubs sind, bekommt man davon nichts mit. Rodrigo & Jessica antworten super schnell und sind sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation lief bei Fragen stets super und wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen und selbst immer wieder erneut besuchen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt :)

Amy’s place blew us away the instant we walked in! The condo was spotless & the view was incredible! We loved the pool & being able to walk to multiple restaurants & beach clubs. We will definitely stay at her place in the future! Five stars aren’t enough!

Un departamento muy cómodo, práctico y accesible, muy bien ubicado a metros de la playa

la verdad el lugar es más grande que en fotos, muy buen espacio, la vista al mar es impresionante, el lugar tiene camastros en la playa regaderas para el enjuague, la alberca grande, hay chapoteadero y hay una zona de 2 metros de profundidad a lado tienes los antros, y en especial el cocobongo, hay un chedraui selecto donde puedes comer muy económico, hay estacionamiento, los antros no son problema para dormir, descansas muy bien. hay un portero en la entrada las 24 hrs por si llevas coche o ingresas al condominio

Me sorprendió bastante el lugar en temas de servicios y alrededores. El apartamento brindaba cosas que no creía que iba a brindar por el hecho de ser un AirBnB, pero se sentía como un hotel. La ubicación era muy buena y el precio de este apartamento hace que sea mejor. Sin embargo, lo que más me sorprendió fue la vista—creo que la vista es una de las mejores de la zona, ya que no solo pude ver la ciudad, sus colores de noche y las fiestas que pasaban, sino que por el día también llegaba a ver el mar y sus colores distintivos. Uno creería que por estar al lado de los clubes mas importantes de Cancún, el lugar seria ruidoso, pero la verdad nosotros casi ni escuchábamos la música a menos que abríamos la puerta hacia el balcón. Muy buen lugar!

Great location, friendly service in the middle of everything a lot of restaurants, hangouts and nightclubs beach right in front to pools. Great service with the bartenders happy hour. I love this place.
