Without any opposite this will be your haven of peace, from which you will be 2 minutes from the lake on foot and 10 minutes of oyster tastings from the bottom of the lake. A 1 minute walk you will enjoy the unforgettable lake and ocean point of view that makes the area famous.

In a peaceful and green setting, a few steps from the beach and Lake Hossegor, we offer a small modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is fully enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has an equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or jacuzzi rental is possible for an additional fee. Note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

Cosy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From 7 September, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise nuisance and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the works.

In the heart of the harbor and quiet, we welcome you in this completely renovated T1 bis, facing east with large loggia ideal for sunny breakfasts. The apartment has a small bedroom with a double bed and a living room with open kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double sofa bed. Close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries), beaches accessible on foot or by bike (950 m) via bike path.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
