Ideal location in Seignosse, at the foot of the dune. Relax in this quiet accommodation just a few steps from the beach. Atlantic Park (15-minute walk). Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. The beach is a few meters away. No need to bother with the car. The house offers large spaces. The large garden offers several corners with various exhibitions. A terrace to the west, one to the south and one to the east… spoilt for choice! A large living room is a bright dining room that opens onto the garden. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
