Good family stay in this charming house. The location of the residence is really very good, we particularly appreciated the traffic ban on cars (if only for the safety of children, often on bicycles), the proximity of the bike paths (at the exit of the residence!) to the lake and the beaches, the amenities of the residence (swimming pool, mini golf, tennis, etc.) AND the house! And we feel that our host really cares about facilitating our arrival, our stay and our departure!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos. Very peaceful and functional. We really enjoyed the very bright living room and the two terraces. Stéphanie was clear in her instructions and always available. We are delighted with our stay!

Ideally located, near the lake, in a green environment, this apartment is very well equipped with in addition: terrace and garden. Great!

We had a great time at Aude's place. ☺️ The apartment was in a very good location in the city center. The only small downside is that there is no private parking space and few free spaces nearby (Not very convenient for shopping with a baby). Apart from that the apartment is very well equipped and we were very happy. Aude is a very responsive and attentive host. I recommend it. ☺️

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is a good size and very pleasant when it's hot. Ideal location of the apartment: ocean and beaches within walking distance. Nice shops, bars and restaurants 5 minutes' drive away. Nathan's apartment is extremely cosy, very clean, light and you immediately feel pleasantly at home, with beautiful furniture and details and sort of a cosy modern Scandinavian design touch to it :) It is ideally suited for two people, the bed is SUPER comfortable as is the couch in the living room too. It is situated very near to the lovely port area with nice restaurants and also walking distance to the charming Capbreton inner town and the beaches. The big supermarket Leclerc and a nice Laundromat shop are also in walking distance. Communication with Nathan had been great :) We truly loved our stay in Nathan's apartment and would love to come back again! 🌞

Laure was a great host - there was a plumbing issue when we arrived but she was super responsive and did everything she could to fix it. The apartment was beautiful - in a great location, close to the lake and beach. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen (although we didn't use it much!) was well equipped. Loads of space and really quiet and private. We sat out on the balcony in the evenings and could hear the ocean and watch the squirrels in the trees. Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay, very friendly contact with Julie and Fermin who are very accommodating and responsive hosts. The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season so very quiet and pleasant. The location of the listing is ideal with a nice view! The directions to our arrival were very clear, we picked up the keys from a lockbox without any problems.

The village of Hastingues is nice to discover, quiet. Just remember to take a good mosquito repellent, the proximity to the gaves brings some. We recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises.

The place was lovely and so peaceful! We had a great time in this beautiful area. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and without any vis-a-vis, a real jewel in a green setting. Chantal is a very welcoming host, she informed us very well, the communication was very fluid and she is very flexible. I would definitely recommend it without hesitation.

Very nice renovation 🙂 Location. With two young children, we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.

Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay – everything was exactly as described and we felt completely comfortable. Framboise is a wonderful host: warm, attentive and always trying to make sure her guests don't miss anything. We really appreciated their friendly welcome and communication. A small note for tall people: The bed is a little tight for two people with a lot of body size – for my partner at 1.95 m it was not quite ideal, as of course I also had to use it.
