Newly decorated in 2026, Waterfall Cottage is a beautiful cottage for two people with a newly installed private hot tub, nestled into the hills overlooking Loch Tay with a beautiful bubbling stream, waterfall and breathtaking views of Loch Tay and the surrounding scenery. Situated just 2 miles west of the charming conservation village of Kenmore, in Highland Perthshire, this lovely semi detached cottage offers exceptionally comfortable accommodation for couples looking for a special treat.

Kerrycroy: A hidden gem in Highland Perthshire!
South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

Knockfarrie Cottage
Our cottage is located within the popular town of Pitlochry. Nestled on a quiet road, within metres of the black spout woods but also a leisurely 10 mins stroll to the centre of town. The cottage has private parking for one car, and on street parking for a second car. The cottage is equipped with Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, games and music system. There is also a lockable outhouse that could hold bikes, paddle boards or outdoor equipment. There is a small seating area outside for four.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

Perfect for a long holiday or short break with family or friends, a special celebration or even a honeymoon! Or just to enjoy beautiful scenery. Great for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - 75 mins from Edinburgh. Lovely year round – in summer, sun and dining on the decking; in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Wonderful views always!

We really hope you enjoy your stay at Dundonnachie House, the house was formerly used as offices and we have lovingly restored it back to a home. The house is located right in the centre of Aberfeldy, with all amenities within walking distance. There is an abundance of Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and boutique shops to be enjoyed. The first Sunday of every month(April - Oct), from 10am - 2pm there is the Aberfeldy Farmers Market selling a mix of food, art and craftsmanship.

Since lots of our clients either become engaged here or come for their honeymoon, we can claim with justice that this is a very romantic place, well away from the stresses of modern life. The Historic Dalkeith Water Tower
The water tower is a bespoke home in an historic building sensitively converted by its architect owner. The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.

Our Lodge is located within the mature garden of the main House which runs as a B±B. It is within walking distance to restaurants and dining place, public transport, train station, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love our place because of the views, the cosiness, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note that total number of guests is 4 including children and infants.
