A very spacious and well-equipped place to stay. Very close to downtown but in a very quiet area. 100% recommended.

Adria and Giancarlo welcomed us helped us check in even we arrived late at night. They patiently showed us around the house and provided lots of must-visit places around. We felt just like at home. The house was spotless clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. It was better than the images showed. We had a wonderful stay. Just like the previous visitor's rate, 5 stars, no doubt!!! Strongly recommend to everyone would like to stay around.

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on holiday here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also great - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. After a good time with the family, we return to Germany very satisfied and rested. Many thanks to Nilvana and her family
