"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Het apartement heeft een huiskamer met kitchenette (2-pits kookplaat, koelkast, klein oventje en vaatwasser), tafel met 4 stoelen, heerlijke hoekbank en TV. Er is een kleine slaapkamer met een 2-pers.bed en badkamer (WC en ruime douche). In het gebouw is er ruimte voor ski's/boards /fietsen en een wasmachine/droger.
