Excellent location. Beautiful apartment, simple but well-equipped.

Safe neighbourhood with convenience stores right across and on the sides. Clean and spacious complete with a stove, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, kitchen and dining utensils. Double bed and with a sofa bed. Location is far from the major thoroughfares, which makes it a little inconvenient for someone new to the area. You need to Grab or call for a cab to get out.

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!
