Fully equipped kitchen. AC in all rooms. Private internet (500/500). 2x 65" TV with Netflix etc. The house is handicapped accessible! Electricity not included (8 baht/kWh). Newly renovated beachfront property. You can access the pool(20m),and direct access to the beach. All the amenities available in the apartment . There is a Gym , free barbecue area. The 24/7 convenient store 200 meters away and also good restaurants in walking distance . As you see on the photos , the most of the furniture and equipments are new.
