Beachfront holiday rental in Phe

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

The villa has a great location, right on the beachfront road. It was great to have our own pool because Bang Sare beach is not good for swimming. The water is brown and dirty, especially on the weekend. The house itself was clean and comfortable with lots of space for a large family. It is exactly like the photos. The decor is a little outdated, but perfectly fine. The host was very responsive to all requests before and during our stay. We felt very well looked after.

Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. Thank you again for hosting us!!!!

Kanjana place was a rare find in every sense .the caretaker Khun Nui was gem of a person , made us feel like at home. while there aren't many food choices nearby, the Viewmare resturant is worth it. the best part is location which is so peaceful and quiet , yet close enough to main Pattaya city. it's a perfect family getaway.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

The place is clean, just like the pictures at night. The pool is beautiful. Close to the beach. The owner is friendly. Will stay again.

Check in went smooth. The apartment was nice & clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Big fridge, microwave and oven tops if you want to make something simple. No excessive noise in the building and it has a very sweet security officer. The area is nice and peaceful, if you want something other than typical tourist areas. The condiminium has a private pool and direct access to a beach that is separated from the main beach. On grounds is a bakery called Aroy owned by very lovely people. Walking distance to the big commercial beach, a lot of different restaurants & the convenience store. The people in Mae Phim are a mix of friendly locals, long term expats and holidaymakers who return yearly. It makes the area feel safe and I felt very welcomed & taken care of. Andrew is a helpful host who answers quickly, which if found very comfortable. All in all the perfect place for a relaxing holiday without any worries. Would love to go back again sometime!

It's far from the amenities, but overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Good deal on a solid apartment on the 20th floor, right on the beach. Cooking supplies and everything you could possibly need. Pools decent, gym is well i'll just say not really usable lol. Location is on very quiet side of town about 10 minute drive / 4 miles away from all the busy craziness .

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

In Pattaya, where Wonderfruit is hosted, malicious listings are prominent, such as high or demanding cash directly on site. On that note, the price was not clear and expensive, and it was a very safe stay. At one point, the temperature of the sauna was difficult, and it was only about 40 degrees Celsius, so please refer to it if you are staying in the future. Thank you very much.

Nook was a very kind and accommodating host. She always made sure we had everything we needed. The place was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for a long stay. The pool and the garden surrounding the property were very relaxing, and the staff as well as neighbours made us feel welcome. Also, the beach nearby is easy to access and offers tranquility as well as amazing sunsets. The only little downside were the two construction sites both in front of and behind the house, making it hard to sleep late or work from home in some occasions. This is of course not the host’s fault but I would just advise to message her prior to your booking to make sure the renovations are over. Also do keep in mind that it is located next to a highway in the middle of two cities, so walking to convenience stores etc. could be a bit challenging. But we rented scooters in Bang Saray and it was just fine. Amazing deal for sure ! Thanks for hosting us, we had a great stay in your peaceful.

Perfect apartment for family, 2 good sized bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Excellent balcony with great views, 50m to sea great quiet beach, back to pool for shower Perfect. Restaurants and bars close by, good base to explore surrounding areas with lots to see. Will stay again

The house was even better than the pictures! The check-in was seamless and assisted by the host’s father. He was very nice and attentive, explaining all the amenities in the house. The check-out was just as easy, and this time it was with the host. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This is a very lovely cottage located on a nature-rich beach. The atmosphere perfectly matches the healthy café on-site. It’s the perfect place to relax on Koh Samet!

This is lovely place for a romantic weekend. First of all I will list all the pluses. It has many restaurants of which it is justly proud. The food is wonderful and the breakfasts were some of the best that I have had. The staff speak very good english and were very helpful. The rooms are kept clean and are modern. The Villa is on the beach and is in the centre of many attractions.. Definitely come again. Very nice stay.

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

Excellent stay and the host is very accomodating. Room is clean and well maintained and the facilities of the complex are very good. The property is a short walk to the beach, through the resort.
