The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured by arrival and used electricity is paid for when moving out. The electricity costs f n 7,0 Baht/kw. Bed linens and towels are available to rent for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this and it will be on site at the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pets free.
