Cozy cottage approx. 100 m² of living space with garage, pergola and garden, well suited for families On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room with a wood-burning stove and pantry, a living room with an adjoining master bedroom with a piano, cable TV and sleeping facilities, a hallway and a toilet. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 rooms with 5 beds, a hallway, bathroom and toilet. Mains switch. Additional sleeping space in an attic room. The historic center of the Hermann Hesse town of Calw can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes.

Africa and rose rooms in the northern Black Forest

The "Büchenbronn" district is located south about 15 minutes from the gold town of Pforzheim, on a northern foothill of the Black Forest. Since we have 2 apartments in a 3-family house, we thought we would like to offer the apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor) for nice people who are looking for a short-term stay. The apartment has 2 rooms + bathroom, in which 6 people can sleep, 4 guests in the Africa room (bed & sofa bed) and 2 guests in the Rose room (bed). There is NO kitchen available!

Straubenhardt-Conweiler liegt mitten in der Natur, am Rande des nördlichen Schwarzwaldes. Die Region ist ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel zum Wandern sowie für Touren mit dem Mountainbike. Unweit des Hauses ist die Schwanner Warte, Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Im Ort befindet sich in ca. 600 m Entfernung ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit verschiedenen Geschäften sowie mehrere Gaststätten . Die Großräume Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim und Stuttgart sind gut erreichbar.

Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Our cottage is very cozy and has its own charm due to the fantastic, quiet environment and the large garden. Much of the house is made of wood, because the furnishings were partly taken over by the previous owners, a forestry family. On the terrace and in the garden you can barbecue, play or relax in the deck chair. And if you are still bored, you can enjoy yourself in the natural garden…..
