The house has a beautiful, large garden, with terrace and balcony. It is very idyllically located by a stream. Opposite are only meadows and the edge of the forest. Mönsheim: Located in the middle of the picturesque Heckengäu - protected, some say "a little hidden," in the romantic Grenzbachtal. The outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance of the house. Shops for everyday needs can be found in the town center, including a café in the mill shop. It is only minutes to the A8 highway connection.

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The district "Büchenbronn" is located south about 15 minutes from the gold city of Pforzheim, on a northern spur of the Black Forest. Since we own 2 apartments in a 3-family house, we thought to offer the apartment on the 2nd floor (DG) , gladly for nice people who are looking for a short stay . The apartment has 2 rooms+bathroom, in which 6 people find a sleeping accommodation, 4 guests in the African room (bed & sofa bed) and 2 guests in the rose room(bed). There is NO kitchen!

Sonnenhaus Residence

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)
