The bus runs hourly right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for small children, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The harbor with boat dock is 2 minutes away. The Hafen train station is 2 minutes away. Historic "Mili" lido is a 5-minute walk. Bregenz Festival stage - 9 minutes' walk.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.
