Spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing lake view. Smooth communication with the owner. Direct access to the lake. The jacuzzi and gas barbecue are real added value. We had a great stay, definitely recommended!

I stayed with Manni for a month and felt at home from day one. He is friendly, helpful and easy to live with. The location is nice, well connected with public transportation, and there is a grocery store nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is centrally located directly on Lake Achen. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, the apartment was clean and all people on site very friendly. ☺️ A short info on the costs of bringing a dog would be helpful. However, we had not asked in advance. We will be very happy to come back and would like to thank Andreas and team for the relaxing stay 😍

We had a great time at Rosenhof! With a view on the lake to have breakfast in the sun and sit in the hot tub in the afternoon, we will certainly miss it! We will be happy to come back :)

great location, the fantastic lake, so close... I feel like there was no house on the lake, which was closer. I was on site for four days and never used my car. Everything I needed was within walking distance. Kitchenette and bathroom, everything perfect. We'd love to come back!

Ulli’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very private and located on a lake. The place is very spacious. Ulli was very responsive and kind. It was convenient to travel into the city center via bus or taxi and then train.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

We enjoyed our stay! The view is breathtaking and you could easily walk to the train station. For all the excursion destinations we wanted to do in the area, the accommodation was well located. We found everything we needed in the apartment, everything was very clean and well maintained. Petra was always available and we received additional excursion tips. Over Easter there were some events that we could visit and completely immersed in the culture of the Upper Bavaria, which we will remember. The accommodation is equipped with an elevator, there is also plenty of parking and the restaurant, which is in the house, we can also recommend. A fish machine (3 minutes away) delivers fresh fish from Lake Walchensee. A village shop offers all kinds of things and even fresh rolls. The spa in Kochel is also a secret tip! We are completely relaxed and will be happy to come back! :)

We, 3 adults and one toddler, had a wonderful time in this charming cottage. The view of the lake, the great large garden and the sauna barrel gave us a wonderful break. The house is easy to reach by public transport.

The apartment is beautifully situated with direct lake views. In any of the surrounding area, everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed. And since we forgot the cafe we got enough from Christian for the whole stay. The place is highly recommended.

We had a great time at Betina's apartment and felt right at home. We didn't miss anything and we will be happy to come back. We especially liked the quiet location on one hand but good starting point for countless activities on the other. Small drawback is the clairaudience in the house (infants on the floor above). Since we were traveling with (noisy) infant ourselves, it didn't bother us at all.

We stayed at Christian's place over Christmas. Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and very cozy. We especially liked the view of the lake and royal castle. The hosts were very friendly and also gave some tips on where to buy fresh milk, for example:) we are very satisfied and would like to thank the hosts and wish you all the best:)

The feel-good factor is immediately available, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The location is also great. We felt almost at home from the first moment and enjoyed the days very much! There is enough space, even if there are six of you.
