Holiday rentals with beach access in Pfaffenwinkel

We spent a full 5 nights with a toddler in this beautiful apartment and felt very comfortable. Our child especially liked the great view of the garden, where all kinds of animals such as birds, bumblebees and cats romp. As parents, we were more pleased with the wine as a guest gift, as well as the loving details like the fresh cut flowers in the vases. We arrived by train and the apartment was really easy to reach; the only hurdle was the gravel stones to the apartment door, which were a little difficult but not impossible to overcome with suitcases and strollers. The communication with Wolfgang and Andrea was uncomplicated, fast and always very friendly, also questions were answered superbly. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely book here again if we are in the area again!

I'm true with my girlfriend for a week at the property. We were able to enjoy the time there very much. The apartment is super lovingly furnished and the communication with the hosts was very pleasant and straightforward. I can therefore only recommend the apartment.

We had a great spontaneous holiday in this accommodation. The two hosts were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We felt totally comfortable and enjoyed the balcony view! We would come back any time!!

We immediately felt comfortable in Daniela's apartment, it is well equipped, super clean and modernly furnished. There is simply nothing missing, you can feel everywhere through the loving details that feeling comfortable is a top priority for the guests. We have not had such great mosquito windows and doors on all windows so far in any apartment, in combination with fantastic tranquility we have been able to relax superbly.

We felt very comfortable as a family with toddler (almost 2 years) in the apartment. There was enough stance for everyone. Shops such as Edeka or the beverage market are within walking distance, or even the boat dock. You have to go a long way to the playground, but that was not so tragic for us, as the apartment is opposite the cow pasture and there is plenty to discover. The area is good to explore by public transport and with the TegernseeCard you can also drive for free for the most part. Tobias was always easily accessible for questions in advance. We only missed the high chair a bit. We had a lovely holiday.

I really liked the apartment. It is located in an old farmhouse. The highlighted beams, the beautiful wooden floor, the old wooden doors, and the type of furniture make the special charm of this apartment. The bathroom is elaborately renovated. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. I immediately felt comfortable. Regine has a large selection of books and I read 2 of them. The view from the balcony to the Weisachauen is unique. And for me it was great to be right in the nature and yet to be able to quickly visit all the shopping and restaurants by bike. Everything, booking, contact, check-in, etc worked out great. Regine was very generous and allowed me to join my family for a few days. This was a big exception, for which I would like to thank you very much. Would love to come again.

Petra's place is fantastic. The living room and the large bedroom can be opened completely towards the garden. At night you mean sleeping in the middle of the nature, because in good weather you can leave the glass front open at night. The garden is very private and almost impregnable. Even the lake can be seen in the distance. My daughter loved it too. Although the apartment is very tastefully decorated, it is very child-friendly, i.e. there are no sharp corners and edges and a child can break well there without breaking anything. Petra is also very nice, helpful and very easy to reach when you need information. She was also very responsive to our needs. We were completely delighted!

A really super nice place in a perfect location! After a hike started from the house, you can then cool off your feet by the creek, which lies in your own garden. The lake is also within walking distance. It's just the perfect place to stay for a few relaxing days at Lake Tegernsee. We immediately felt super comfortable.

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy-to-use wood-burning stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we greatly appreciate on winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, great barista coffee and is also dog-friendly. The bedding and mattresses were great. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outside area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Alex and his mother and we could also contact them at any time. The house is located close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily reach on foot. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time in Villa Matilda and a good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!

A particularly great place to stay, especially if you are traveling with children and like animals. The feel-good factor is immediately available, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The location is also great. We felt almost at home from the first moment and enjoyed the days very much! There is enough space, even if there are six of you.

Beautiful house which just worked for us. Great indoor & outdoor spaces, spacious rooms and views, and an easy stroll to swim in the lake or catch the ferry to take us all round it.We all loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the flat has been done to a very high standard and is very well equipped with everything you need. Barbara was very kind and helped to make our Christmas break feel very special. We would highly recommend staying here.

Barbara’s place was perfect!! The space is incredibly beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Our son loved all the toys and exploring the lovely apartment and we all slept amazingly!! Even our 18 month old who slept perfectly in the travel cot provided. The view from the balcony is stunning and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. Pleasantly surprised by how much there was to do for kids close by and there were plenty of places to eat. If you’re happy to walk like we were you can get to a grocery store in just 20 minutes on foot. Thank you for such a beautiful and memorable stay Barbara. Its was perfect!

We spent 4 nights in early November at Lake Ammersee. The house and garden are beautiful. The apartment is in the Basement, but is still very bright and cuddly warm, so a few rainy days we didn't mind. The view of the old trees in autumnal colors from the bed was my personal highlight. Communication with the host was very straightforward and on request she gave us a few things we needed for cooking. We recommend a long walk in the nearby forest.

We loved everything about this place! Such a fantastic little town on a scenic lake. We swam one evening, dined at a local restaurant another evening, walked to the bakery one morning, utilized the hiking trails to see Lainbach Falls, and were within reasonable driving distance for day trips to Berchtesgaden and Neuschwanstein Castle, which is what brought us to the area. The condo itself was also perfect for our family of five. We utilized the kitchen to make some of our own meals, had coffee on the balcony every morning, and the space was clean and comfortable with pleasant decor. Communication with the host was great too! Not sure if I’ll ever be back in the area, but if I am, I’d stay here!

Had a great time staying at Iryna‘s place! She was very friendly, responsive, and flexible. The apartment is right by the water and walking distance to Rottach-Egern and Tegernsee. It was clean and met our expectations. Until next time!

We spent four days in this beautiful apartment. Anke and her husband greeted us personally, were very friendly and showed us into the apartment. The apartment corresponded to the pictures, was clean, well equipped and nicely located. We found the terrace, the great lake view and the short path to the lake to be particularly beautiful. It was just as nice to see that extensive cooking utensils were available, which is not self-evident. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !
