Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. The main train station, Oktoberfest and Munich city centre are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a BBQ, lounge furniture and a hot tub. Sauna. An inflatable castle for children can be booked on request. Supermarket, bakery, train (S-Bahn), playgrounds and the city park are a 5-minute walk away. Boat jetty, beach and of course the Ammersee are within walking distance of 10 minutes from the farm. 2 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity in the village.
