From the very spacious apartment you can look into a large garden, It is very central and yet extremely quiet, right in the city center (10-minute walk to the market/cathedral/train station, 15-minute walk to the lake or castle). When renovating the apartment, a lot of emphasis was placed on ecological aspects. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, it is LOW RADIATION! We wash laundry + towels without fabric softener. The garden was created according to the rules of Feng Shui (many medicinal plants).

Diese Wohnung liegt absolut zentral. Es besteht die Option auf ein zweites großes Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Bett, Klimaanlage, Infrarotstrahler, Couch TV und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche hat neben Herd und Ofen eine Espressomaschine, Thermomix und einen Waschtrockner. Die Katzen gehören mit dazu und werden völlig automatisch versorgt. Keine Verpflichtung für euch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vor Ort. Parkplatz findet ihr entweder im Parkhaus 10€ oder 20min Fußweg entfernt gratis.

It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.
