Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pevensey Bay

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. What a gorgeous place, in a secluded spot in the countryside. The pool was lovely, the accommodation immaculate and comfy. We booked one night on a bank holiday weekend which is unusual to be able to just have one night. There’s a beautiful old pub 30 minute walk away and loads of things to do in the local area which is very picturesque. Thanks for having us.

Andy's home was as described and was perfect for what we required. Andy was easy to communicate with and provided easy to understand instructions for check in and out and general info about the house and local area.

We had a fantastic stay at Leanne’s. The house is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy and cosy too. We had breakfast in the sun in her beautiful peaceful garden. There is a folder full of recommendations for the area and beyond. Location was great with a bus stop less than 5 mins walk away. Thank you so much!

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Very charming flat in the city centre of Rye. Perfect location, close to all the little cafes, shops, pubs… We loved our stay and we will definetly come back again! Thanks for hosting us!

Great flat on quiet road in Seven Dials. Good size with lots of natural light and right on the doorstep to local restaurant and bars. Tom was very responsive. Enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous flat, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, quiet, fully equipped, everything works. Did I mention the gorgeous sea views?

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

We had a fabalous stay at this apartment which was in a great location for us and was a great base that allowed us to explore the area and city centre. Everything was as described in the listing - it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Many thanks. Would highly recommend!!

Peaceful, excellent value and suitable for a family stay. It is short walk to the beach and there are good restaurants and shops nearby. Good bus transport links to some touristic places.

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

we had a great stay at this property, enjoyed walks on the beach with our dogs, great location with Rye and Hythe within 30 minutes drive, both with great history. karting at Lydd and we also ventured through the dunes at GreatStone onto a beautiful sandy beach. Camber sands is only 15 minutes away too. the property itself was wonderful with 3 ghod size bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. perfect for our grown up family, with partners and dogs. it was booked with a chilled and relaxing weekend in mind, it met this perfectly

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.
