Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Pescara

Wonderful villa divided into apartments, the outdoor spaces are the added value of the house, the pool is wonderful. There is a well-equipped barbecue area, a huge table (13 of us fit and there was still room). The private garden is very large, with ample indoor parking for at least 6/8 cars. Eugenia is always on the ball, available and kind. I highly recommend it for both families and trips with friends.

This is the second time we have been guests of Emanuele (and, if we want to, it will not be the last) and I think this is enough to make it clear how much we enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need, it is in a strategic position to reach a number of places to visit and Emanuele is of a rare kindness.

Beautiful place surrounded by greenery, where peace reigns, for those who want to rest and not only, since it has a few minutes by car, yes, it has the beautiful coastline of overflowing! Very clean house with everything you need, well-defined space and beautiful paintings on the wall that give freshness, not to mention the hot tub if you want to have a romantic evening but also great for a proper relaxation🤩 Very kind, friendly, friendly and available owners for everything! I immediately felt comfortable... I felt really good! I'll be back ☺️

Staying at Sara's Garden, guests of Alberto and Rosanna was a very pleasant experience. The house is presented as in the photos, with modern decor, all the necessary services and with a particular attention to total accessibility; an entire room is in fact equipped with all the comforts designed to guarantee an easy stay for people with disabilities. The property is located in a strategic position, which guarantees tranquility but also proximity to the main points of interest. The hospitality that Rosanna and Alberto reserve for their guests is special: from check-in to check-out they have always been present and available to respond to our every need.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is ideal and the house is very spacious and had all conveniences that we needed. We also appreciated that the hosts were very friendly and responsive in communicating and helping to resolve small issues. Thank you 🌞

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were welcomed by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even though it's still secondary. We really liked the style of the apartments with its vintage antique spirit! The small accessible beach nearby is not paradise, of course there are nicer beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I recommend getting to know Mario the "boss" of the beach and making you an ally . Despite his mite apparence, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story of a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the magnificent Abruzzo region!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

With some friends we spent the last days of the year at Mauro's house, a very kind and helpful person. The house is very beautiful, completely immersed in greenery, spacious and equipped with everything. Highly recommended to spend a few days in tranquility away from the city between the sea and the Abruzzo mountains.

Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

We had an incredibly beautiful time in this fantastic villa! It was the perfect place to enjoy a break. The house was huge and equipped with everything you could wish for. The pool was simply amazing – we spent a lot of time there and enjoyed the sun. The hostess was great. She was always available and really took care of every detail so that we could feel at home. We immediately felt welcome and in good hands. The villa was also sparkling clean when we arrived and it was clear that a lot of attention to detail was paid here. We had a truly unforgettable time and will remember this trip for a long time to come. Definitely a clear recommendation!
