Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

The apartment was described in detail and upon my arrival I found everything as described. The apartment has a beautiful terrace always cool that offers a beautiful view of the sea, the kitchenette is comfortable and equipped with everything you need to spend a smart vacation. The two bathrooms, one per floor, are comfortable, especially the one upstairs. The host was always kind, present and helpful, quick to give us solutions to our requests for nearby activities. Also, having multiple appointments, contacting him will be easy to find the most suitable one.

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

Lovely 2 days with Adriano. He's such a lovely man. Lovely evenings on the shady terrace which was very needed as the temp was in the middle 30s. car parking spot also. He has thought of everything to make your stay a happy one. Thank you.

Sara's apartment was well beyond expectations! Everything is perfectly in order and clean; the differences can also be appreciated in the smallest details such as the supplies in the bathroom and kitchen of products not from discount stores but of excellent quality, first aid kit, essential oils and attached diffuser, Wi-Fi. The very bright apartment is located in a quiet area, served by an excellent garage and a large free parking lot in front of the complex. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony that offers the possibility of dining outdoors or simply enjoying a little relaxation. Sara is definitely a very attentive host and always available. I will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Chieti.

Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino matches the description and photos. The sea is only a 5-minute walk away, and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs on a very beautiful beach is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will certainly try again.

Romina was a wonderful hostess. She was kind enough to pick us up at the bus station and even took us to the bus station for our return. She had pizza and pastries waiting for us as it was a late arrival. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. They have taken care to ensure you are very comfortable. We felt right at home. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Was very convenient for walking around central Lanciano. We can’t thank Romina enough for all her kindness. Will be looking forward to a return to this apartment and Lanciano.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

We had a great time, in a well-kept and clean house, equipped with all the essentials for breakfast. The host is present, friendly and available. The sea is a few minutes' walk away: you will find a beautiful pine forest in a protected area and equipped beaches (in moderation) next to large areas that are fortunately left free. Perfect holiday in a dream location! We stayed in this beautiful holiday home for 5 days and couldn't have asked for more! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, in the hills, with a beautiful view. The house is cool and quiet, with a swimming pool, garden and indoor parking. A special thank you to Bronis and her husband Mauro, who were very kind and always available, and who welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with very useful advice for exploring the area. We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.
