Antonio was really super nice to us in everything, from check-in to check-out. He also supported us with tips to make the most of our vacation. More than once he came to see us to ask us how it was going. Very characteristic and well furnished house.

Our stay at Casale Bavi was wonderful. The house comfortably accommodated four people, providing a pleasant and cozy environment. The garden was a standout feature, beautifully maintained and offering a serene place to relax. Andrea, our host, was exceptional—welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere of the property was excellent, striking a perfect balance between friendliness and privacy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

We stayed one night, but we had a great time. The house is very large,tastefully furnished and equipped with everything. Upon our arrival Laura and her son made us find water in the fridge, milk and coffee and jam for breakfast and oil and salt to cook. Everything is perfect!

From the moment of booking, the contact with the host has been exemplary – quick replies, detailed information, and a welcome to the place. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with attention to every detail. The amenities were modern: comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, and a garden for our use. The cleanliness was up to par – everything was sparkling and the atmosphere was cozy and homey. Location is another asset. The overnight stay is not far from the bustling promenade and seaside beach. Nearby cafes and shops. The host took care of us by preparing a map of the city with places to see.

Beautiful clean and spacious apartment convenient to the beach, grocery, and restaurants. It was easy to park our car also. Check in and check out were easy and Lina was very quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed our brief stay to visit family in Roseto.

Claudia met me at the apartment to show me around. The apartment was lovely. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was best used in the daytime...as during the evening the mosquitos did come out. But Claudia did provide mosquito repellent. Parking was super convenient. The building and neighborhood were quiet. Was a short walk to the water and castle. Thank you!

Stefano is a charming host. The apartment is cozy, clean & offered all the necessities. Location is great, 2 minute walk to a great local restaurant and grocery store. 5 minute drive to the lido and all the beachfront restaurants. Highly recommended..!!!

I stayed in Elia's apartment C the first week of September, a very clean apartment equipped with everything in a quiet and comfortable area for both the free and equipped beach, shops and clubs; Elia and her family are beautiful and friendly people, I will definitely be back.

Gianluca has extensively renovated the apartment, there are new windows in all rooms, the bathroom is new and beautifully furnished, most of the furniture is also new. Basic food is available, plus plenty of coffee and breakfast accessories. Gianluca recommended good restaurants and also some information about the area in the apartment.

The stay at Fabrizio's house was impeccable: the house is located in a quiet and strategic area to be able to reach both the sea, and the National Park for hiking and trekking (highly recommended!), it is equipped with all comforts, as well as a terrace that overlooks a beautiful view. Fabrizio was always available, friendly and ready to give us tips about the area. As soon as we return to Abruzzo, Fabrizio's house will be a reference!

Lovely modern comfortable home. Lots of amenities. Felt right at home . Nice to have off street parking. Security very good too.

I stayed with my family in the "Roma" apartment from August 13 to 23. First of all, I express a sincere appreciation for the host, Hanspeter who, in addition to the kindness with which he welcomed us, throughout our stay made available proactively to facilitate and make our stay pleasant. The building is a villa on 3 levels, with three apartments (Rome, Kiev and Berlin) beyond the one occupied by Hanspeter and his family in the attic. You access the floors with a beautiful outdoor staircase. The house, recently renovated, is well maintained, with well-kept outdoor spaces that can be used by everyone. The newly-built pool is very attractive, with attention to detail, with hydromassage and depth up to about 2 meters. Very spacious apartment, with windows and balconies on all sides. Spacious and airy rooms. Beautiful and enjoyable for breakfast and dinner the terrace overlooking the pool. Bucolica the area, among vineyards and olive trees. Beautiful !

Everything was amazing!!! Marco and Katia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and have an amazing stay! My stay at their place will be forever in my memory!! Thank you for everything your family did for us!! Thank you to Mr Fausto too who was more than just amazing in helping us with everything we needed !! He is the sweetest person on earth!! The house is quite lonely in the mountains and is an absolute dream. The view after getting up to the mountains and in the evening to an overwhelming starry sky are fantastic. The house has everything you need to spend relaxing days for two or four. A beautiful terrace area with small and large table, cozy chairs, parasol and barbecue, including additional toilet, in the house in the lower area a kitchen-living room with gas stove and pellet stove. Upstairs two bedrooms and the living area incl. Bathroom, with good wifi and large TV. The entire house is new, very well maintained and tastefully restored. Jonas responds extremely quickly, super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would certainly have stayed longer if our travel plans had allowed it. You can be on the coast in about 40 minutes with the Trabocchi, which are worth a trip/food. There are numerous great hiking opportunities in the area (mountainous!). Full recommendation!!

My friends and I had the most amazing time here. We came for a weekend getaway, we had train delays and our hosts Carmine and Paola were quick to help us and drive out to a train stop and bring us all the way to the airbnb. They gave us the most amazing welcome and hospitality, extremely helpful and welcoming. The airbnb was breathtaking with the most scenic views. The airbnb was spotless when we arrived. We’ll never forget this trip due to our amazing hosts. We 100% recommend booking this airbnb!!!

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. The owner and caretakers were easy to deal with and had great communication. We loved our stay and hope to be back. The house was amazing and the entire Australian downhill skateboarding team felt at home during our stay. The area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. Casa Monte Majella was just perfect for us (6 adults + one baby). We really enjoyed the beautiful view to the mountains and the swimming pool. If you have a car, it's easy to get around and see so many different things: the see, the mountains, wine tasting and beautiful nature at Majella national park. Lisa and Stefan are really helpfull and wonderful people, thank you so much! Loved to come back some day. Tusen tack 🙏

We stayed in this house at the end of July 2023. The house was well maintained and beautiful. The landlady was always friendly and helpful. Parking spaces were included and great. The house was fully equipped. we are as a family and for 7 two dogs were allowed to move freely. the dogs were allowed to move freely. only shortcoming that there were no air conditioners. so it was not so easy to sleep at night. however we give our best review. we highly recommend this! thanks for the great stay.

Very nice apartment,every comfort present: ducted air conditioning in every room,balcony with automatic and motorized solar curtains, waffle coffee maker,dishwasher, comfortable bed. New decor, fast wifi, and Smart TV. The house was found clean and tidy,perfumers around the house and building. very comfortable sink on the balcony to rinse the costumes. Distance from the sea 10 min walk and close to the apartment,less than a km away,a Conad supermarket and other convenient shops. There are bicycles available to reach the center and the beach. Private parking inside the courtyard protected by the gate. Recommended for a great stay at reasonable prices

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, spotless, and just steps away from the beach. Having a supermarket right across the street and so many great restaurants nearby was super convenient. Manuel is an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay by the sea!

We were totally delighted with the very quiet location, the great view of the mountains, the large garden, Ms. Isabella is very helpful and always easy to reach, gives great tips about the area. We felt very comfortable. We were in Guardigrele at the end of August and heard the deer roaring at night. Great place to stay 🥰
