Super responsive, very clean and well equipped. I had a great New Year’s Eve!

The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Penne. The location is very good and the view from the top balcony is lovely. In advance, we received a very good and detailed description of the place and recommendations for restaurants and other things in the immediate area. This place can really be recommended.

Functional apartment. Quiet place. Good beds. If you ski Majeletta and Passo Lanciano, the apartment is well placed. Very friendly and attentive host. He provides breakfast. A large parking place is provided. Depending how many you are, the ground floor apartment can be divided and rooms opened and closed. We were in the apartment in the back of the house. I think it is a good choice if you are many to be able to use more space and rooms.

We stayed for 4 weeks in the first floor and also had the cottage for two weeks. We had the most amazing vacation. Letizia and Peiro could not have more welcoming and helpful. They were available for every question and responded quickly The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. Our experience there exceeded our high expectations! We look forward to another visit in the future!

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

We stayed one night, but we had a great time. The house is very large,tastefully furnished and equipped with everything. Upon our arrival Laura and her son made us find water in the fridge, milk and coffee and jam for breakfast and oil and salt to cook. Everything is perfect!

Ezio guided us very well as Luca who is very friendly. The accommodation is very well located and reminded me of my aunt's in Popoli when I was young. There's everything you need. We will definitely be back next year...... Grazie per tutti

Lovely modern comfortable home. Lots of amenities. Felt right at home . Nice to have off street parking. Security very good too.

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks in the summer. I was able to use the pool quietly and the host was always very kind and flexible. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back in the future

We had a great vacation here. The house is very tastefully decorated. The property is very nicely located - with beautiful views of the countryside. The rooms are spacious and very bright. The kitchen is cozy and practical. Everything you need is there. In the large loggia, there is plenty of space for eating and playing in the shade. The saltwater pool is beautiful. The saltwater is more pleasant than with chlorine. The contact with Louise and Bice (on site) was always prompt and personable. We would love to come back. markus and marie

Casa Monte Majella was just perfect for us (6 adults + one baby). We really enjoyed the beautiful view to the mountains and the swimming pool. If you have a car, it's easy to get around and see so many different things: the see, the mountains, wine tasting and beautiful nature at Majella national park. Lisa and Stefan are really helpfull and wonderful people, thank you so much! Loved to come back some day. Tusen tack 🙏

We were totally delighted with the very quiet location, the great view of the mountains, the large garden, Ms. Isabella is very helpful and always easy to reach, gives great tips about the area. We felt very comfortable. We were in Guardigrele at the end of August and heard the deer roaring at night. Great place to stay 🥰

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, spotless, and just steps away from the beach. Having a supermarket right across the street and so many great restaurants nearby was super convenient. Manuel is an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay by the sea!
