Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. First floor consists of equipped kitchen and living room with a very comfortable sofa (if necessary, sofa bed, 2 seats). Iu Ruschiu

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Apartment in the center of Pescara, a few minutes from the sea and the train station, about 6 km from the airport. Well-kept and equipped with all comforts. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
