Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Pescara

Villa meravigliosa divisa in appartamenti, gli spazi esterni sono il valore aggiunto della casa, la piscina è meravigliosa. C'è un'area barbecue ben attrezzata, un tavolo enorme (noi ci siamo entrati in 13 persone e c'era ancora spazio). Il giardino privato è molto grande, parcheggio interno ampio per almeno 6/8 macchine. Eugenia è sempre sul pezzo, disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente sia per famiglie che per viaggi con amici.

È la seconda volta che siamo ospiti di Emanuele (e, se ci vorrà, non sarà l'ultima) e credo che questo basti per far capire quanto ci siamo trovati bene. L'alloggio è perfetto e ha tutto quello di cui si possa avere bisogno, è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere una serie di posti da visitare assolutamente ed Emanuele è di una gentilezza rara.

Posto bellissimo immerso nel verde, dove la pace regna, per chi si vuole riposare e non solo, visto che ha pochi minuti di macchina sì ha la bellissima costa dei trabocchi! Casa pulitissima con tutto il necessario, spazio ben definito e dipinti sul muro bellissimi che danno freschezza, per non parlare della vasca idromassaggio se volete fare una serata romantica ma anche ottima per un dovuto relax🤩 Proprietari gentilissimi, simpatici, cordiali e disponibili per tutto! Mi ci sono subito trovato a mio agio… mi sono trovato veramente bene! Ritornerò ☺️

Soggiornare al Giardino di Sara, ospiti di Alberto e Rosanna è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole. La casa si presenta come nelle foto, con arredamento moderno, tutti i servizi necessari e con una particolare attenzione posta alla totale accessibilità; un’intera camera è infatti dotata di tutti i comfort atti a garantire un soggiorno agevole alle persone con disabilità. L’alloggio è situato in una posizione strategica, che garantisce tranquillità ma anche vicinanza ai luoghi di interesse principali. L’ospitalità che Rosanna e Alberto riservano ai loro ospiti è speciale: dal check-in al check-out sono sempre stati presenti e disponibili a rispondere a ogni nostro bisogno.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is ideal and the house is very spacious and had all conveniences that we needed. We also appreciated that the hosts were very friendly and responsive in communicating and helping to resolve small issues. Thank you 🌞

Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Raffaele war stets erreichbar und hat uns nicht nur im Vorfeld viele gute Tips wie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zukommen lassen, sondern sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt Spezialitäten der Gegend sowie kalte Getränke (Wasser, Wein) und Olivenöl vorbei gebracht. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung war persönlich und unkompliziert. Speziell zu erwähnen sind der tolle Strandplatz mit eigenem, sehr grossen, fest installiertem Schirm und 4 Liegen im Strandabschnitt gegenüber (2 Min. zu Fuß), sowie der Privatpool die beide nur zur eigenen Verwendung und kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und die Wohnung zwischendurch gereinigt! Zur sehr sauberen Wohnung gehören ausserdem 4 Fahrräder mit welchen wir gerne fast jeden Abend die kurze Strecke (20 Min/6 km) nach Pescara gefahren sind. Dort hat man eine schöne Stadt mit Fußgängerzone und Geschäften sowie weitere Restaurants. Kurzum top und Danke an Raffaele!

Con alcuni amici abbiamo passato gli ultimi giorni dell'anno a casa di Mauro, persona gentilissima e alla mano. La casa è molto bella, completamente immersa nel verde, spaziosa e fornita di ogni cosa. Consigliatissima per passare qualche giorno in tranquillità lontano dalla città tra il mare e le montagne abruzzesi.

I loved this place. The house is very spacious and close to everything. The host was really nice and helpful. She was sending us notes of places to visit and was always helpful and kind. Great value for money.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tranquillo e piacevole in questa villa. Luogo silenzioso e lontano da rumori. Marco è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato indicazioni sulla zona e in quali ristoranti mangiare. Villa uguale alla descrizione, immersa nella natura. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa! Es war der perfekte Ort, um eine Auszeit zu genießen. Das Haus war riesig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Pool war einfach der Hammer – wir haben viel Zeit dort verbracht und die Sonne genossen. Die Gastgeberin war großartig. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat sich wirklich um jedes Detail gekümmert, damit wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen konnten. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Villa war zudem blitzsauber als wir angekommen sind und es war klar, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Wir hatten eine wirklich unvergessliche Zeit und werden diese Reise noch lange in Erinnerung behalten. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung!
