From the porch you access the living room,which offers all the comforts, with sofa bed, to the right of the living room is the equipped kitchen. Also from the living room you access a hallway that houses two double bedrooms ,a single bedroom and a bathroom.

Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

Villa Fiore, located in the Art Village of Novilara, is a beautiful Luxury Villa, its panoramic position is strategic both for visiting the nearby cities of Pesaro, Fano, Candelara and for reaching the beaches of the coast in less than 3km. After a day dedicated to cultural visits or to the sea it is wonderful to be able to relax with a dinner or an aperitif in its well-kept garden; Villa Fiore can accommodate up to 9 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We recommend a maximum of 8 adults.

The house is in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea. The windows overlook the rooftops of Pesaro and the terrace is a small gem where you can spend summer evenings with family and friends. Winter days, on the other hand, will be brightened by the fireplace. The spaces retain the typically Italian flavor, thanks to the terracotta floors and the ancient Marche doors. The house is surrounded by shops, bookstores, restaurants, and is a short walk from a supermarket.

La Canocchia - House on the harbor

La Canocchia is a fishermen's cottage overlooking the harbour. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including a washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, and a dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax 2 euro/pers/day to be paid on site).
