Beachfront holiday rental in Pesaro

Katia and Luca are wonderful people, super helpful and kind hosts, precise in their directions. It was a pleasure to stay in their apartment, where there was everything you needed to have a great holiday! We really appreciated the hosts' tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. Great area, literally a stone's throw from the waterfront. We'll definitely be back

The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

We had a lovely stay. The house was spacious (though noisy) and all necessary amenities were present. Filippo was always available for questions. Location was also great with our 3 year old daughter, close to the beach and all restaurants within walking distance. Although the kitchen was also well equipped with kitchen utensils, we also regularly stood in the kitchen ourselves. Thanks for a great stay

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and the location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. He was also always available when we had questions. The beach is only a few metres away and a mini-market for daily needs is right on the doorstep. It was an absolutely successful holiday from our side.

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

The apartment is right by the sea and is perfect if you want to feel at home. We were there as a family with a child and we lacked nothing. You can enjoy the sea from the balcony and are within a few steps of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers all possibilities for cooking yourself. Marcella is a very warm hostess, as far as dealing with us is concerned, we can say: perfect! We can't say anything about the pool, as it was unfortunately closed due to construction. All in all: premium location, great apartment, perfect hosts!

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Luxurious accommodation. We had a family vacation, we all liked it. The owner of the apartment arranged a transfer from the airport and back for us, it was a necessary convenience for us. Clean, cozy, close to the beach. Recommended 👍

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

We liked the apartment. Very bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. Incredible terrace. Giuseppe was very welcoming and hospitable. The apartment is conveniently located near the sea and the exhibition center (during the exhibitions, a special bus No.10 runs past the apartment and without transfers and loss of time delivers in 10 minutes). The only thing we lacked was a kettle and a little furniture on the terrace. We had a large company and one table and 4 chairs were not enough. But everything else was great. Thank you!

Very hospitable host of the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised , we were prepared a bottle of cold Prosecco. We spent unforgettable days at Andrea apartment. An apartment with a chic veranda where you can spend time in any weather. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay . We enjoyed the silence!
