We had an unforgettable stay in this apartment by the sea! The location is perfect, with breathtaking sea views and direct access to the beach. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean. The owner is very welcoming and available to help us with anything we need. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

The place is just as beautiful as in the photos. The view from the living and dining area is beautiful. Since the apartment is on the 2nd floor, it overlooks the dam to the sea, which you could not do in the lower apartment. Jan welcomed us warmly and gave us tips for excursions and restaurants. The apartment has a double bedroom and two rooms with 2 single beds each. In the rooms, there are large built-in wardrobes. Bathroom small but nicely decorated. The washing machine is there. The toilet is separate. Linens and towels are provided. You could regulate the heating yourself. For example, to dry towels faster. We were there in mid-September. A very good restaurant (2-minute walk) was almost always open. (Reservation recommended). You can't get enough of the view of the bay with the pink granite stone. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Sandrine's accommodation is very well located, well furnished and tastefully decorated, 2 steps from the beach and the coastal trail. Very convenient private and secure parking space and easily accessible. Comfortable bedding, bedroom that opens to the back, so very quiet. The key box is very convenient for self check-in and check-out. A baker just opposite, a convenience store a few steps away, a delicious creperie "La Perrozienne" finally all within reach. We didn't have the chance to meet Sandrine, who seems like a lovely person who does everything to make sure her guests have a good stay by giving lots of good advice and remaining available for any information. You can go there with your eyes closed!!! THANK YOU Sandrine

This is our 2nd stay at Françoise's. Everything is perfect. We used to always change destinations, but our first stay has so much more for us, that we came back and will be back.

Accommodation matches photos and description, very quiet place perfect for spending a few nights as a couple. We were there at the end of the tourist season and no regrets, well maybe one, not staying longer. We'll definitely be back.

We went to this accommodation for the second time, impeccable, ideally located, close to the magnificent Sentier des Douaniers and the beach of St Guirec, on the pink granite coast! Don't hesitate!!!

Tregastel is beautiful. Mikael's place is very convenient to be so close to the beach. The area is peaceful and people were friendly. We had such a great time that we wanted to stay longer.

We had a great time. The apartment is very well-equipped. We found everything we needed. For example, baking paper for the oven, etc. The bedding is extremely good. The apartment is really spacious and the view is beautiful! Pléneuf and the beach are within walking distance. We recommend it +++

The accommodation is very nice, well equipped and clean. We had problems with the heating but Renand took care of it immediately. We could not find the garage entrance (poor description, does not match apartment address) and the garage space was very tight and difficult to park. We then preferred to park outside, there were always enough free spaces and these are (except July/August) free!

Great accommodation, ideally located to enjoy Pleneuf. Once the car is parked, we can do everything on foot, everything is 2 steps away, a real treat! A sublime view from the balcony. The accommodation has all the basic necessities, it's really very nice. Sylvie was very available. The self check-in is a real plus. Recommended!!

A really great apartment within 2 minutes walk of a fantastic beach and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable and our daughters really enjoyed swimming in the on-site pool. We only stayed for two nights on our way through France but would definitely like to return and stay for longer.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

An apartment ideally located for discovering the Perros-Guirec region. The beach is accessible at the foot of the apartment and the pool is very nice when the tide is not to your liking. The terrace with a view to the beach is a real plus! to note that right next door there are 2 very good creperies. Barbara was always responsive and attentive to our requests, especially for our arrival in the apartment.

Home with a great sea view and granite coastline! Very well equipped and clean. Parking space is convenient. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was spacious enough for a week. Restaurants and pool at the foot of the building. And beautiful walking tours within reach. We had a very nice week despite the weather!
