Holiday rentals with beach access in Perros-Guirec

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything is in a very good and well-maintained condition. When you enter the apartment, the breathtaking view from the balcony to the sea is immediately impressive. The centre of Perros-Guirec, with restaurants and shops, is not very far from the property. The city beach can be reached via stairs. Céline is a very pleasant host who always responded quickly to inquiries and also asked herself if everything worked or if everything was in order. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday (but a star off for the weather). I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

We spent four days exploring the Pink Granite Coast and are absolutely thrilled. The small apartment is beautifully furnished and has a good location. Very good baker and butcher in the immediate vicinity. Parking in front of the house was also never a problem. We would love to come back to this lovingly furnished apartment with its small balcony.

Excellent stay in this very well-appointed and especially very clean studio. The view from the terrace is a real plus and we can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes. I recommend it.

Excellent stay in Perros-Guirec! The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of Perros-Guirec, with plenty of free parking nearby, restaurants and activities all around. The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable — we felt really good there. The host was available, gave good advice, and the arrival as well as the departure were very smooth. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Perros-Guirec, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. Ideally located, a stone's throw from the beach and the customs trail, it offers a breathtaking view of the sea — a true living painting from morning to night. Charming town centre house in a quiet location and close to everything (bakery, market, sightseeing, sea, etc.), very clean, nicely decorated, where everything is thought of for the guest. Everything is done to have a pleasant stay (grocery store with basic products, games, books, etc.) and a lot of dishes, utensils and small appliances...not to mention a nice welcome gift. The terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. One of the best Airbnbs we've ever done.

the accommodation offered by Béatrice and Gérard corresponded in every respect to the descriptions. A rare thing for some time Gérard was present when we arrived to welcome us and introduce us to his accommodation. On the stewardship side, there was more than the minimum "salt, pepper, oil and many other things" and a bottle of cider in the fridge. To sum up, it is a very good value for money.

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cubicle is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.
