Studio de 25m² dans maison récente (2017) avec entrée indépendante et place de parking situé sur le passage du GR34. Plusieurs restaurants et la plage du coz pors sont accessibles à pieds en qq minutes. À proximité de la maison, et accessible à pieds également, se situent l'aquarium ainsi que le forum de la mer (piscine d'eau de mer à 30° et spa). L'heure d'entrée les lieux se fait à partir de 15h. For rent duplex of 67 m², exceptional sea view, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 box spring into two 80 beds if there is a need. Enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for a check-in after 4 P.M. and a checkout at 10 A.M., for the other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

You will appreciate my accommodation of 20 m2 for the panoramic sea view and its comfort : 1° floor with lift, electric bed 2x70x200, BZ 140x190, umbrella bed with baby mattress.
