The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Le gîte Neoulous est composé d’un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine équipée avec accès à une terrasse avec barbecue offrant une vue sur les Albères. A l’étage inférieur se trouve une première chambre (un lit 2 places), une grande baie vitrée donne accès à une seconde terrasse. La deuxième chambre est équipée de 2 lits simples. Au même étage se trouvent la salle de bain avec baignoire et les WC sont séparés. Une grande mezzanine comporte deux lits simples et un coin lecture.
