We were thrilled as soon as we entered the apartment (or actually from the moment Monique greeted us on the street and patiently showed us everything in the underground car park). The apartment is rather more beautiful than in the photos - simply a place to feel good. Monique gave us some good tips for Perpignan based on the city map. We were able to relax well here on our trip to Spain and would book again at any time.

The accommodation is quiet, well-equipped, and offers a very nice view of the harbour, which is particularly pleasant. We also really appreciated the dedicated parking space in the residence's secure car park, a real plus to enjoy the stay peacefully. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the presence of a bathroom as well as a shower room in one of the bedrooms was really convenient and appreciated. We recommend it without hesitation!

Caitlin's apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated, the materials are very high quality, very clean, nothing is missing, worthy of a great hotel. The apartment is within walking distance of the beaches and the city centre. The apartment has a very convenient enclosed garage and large enough for a long vehicle (BMW 530d). Great stay at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, barely 5 minutes' walk from the pine beach. And only 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The accommodation has many amenities that make sure you don't miss anything on arrival. The bed is extremely comfortable. No complaints, ideal for enjoying the sea!

I spent a whole week in Jean Paul's accommodation. Everything about it is excellent The studio is well laid out and very clean. A small oasis of peace. Jean Paul is a beautiful, very discreet person with whom it is pleasant to chat. I highly recommend this studio to people wishing to rest and have a pleasant time away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts of the region. We came with our two young children the first week of June, we had an excellent holiday there was everything nearby on foot whether it was the beach, the seawater pool at the top for the children, the market 10 15 minutes on foot, the house has everything you need it is very clean accessible from both sides to the beach we had a great time as a family. Thank you very much, I would like to point out that the place is extremely quiet as we went no noise in the evening which allowed us to rest well and if necessary the rooms in the afternoon for the children perfect.

A very well located apartment close to the city while being located in a quiet area. The view and the environment are beautiful, the equipment of the apartment and terrace is very very complete. We spent a very quiet couple of days at Wendy & John's house. We have all the questions answered and helped us when we needed it. The apartment is cozy with everything you need and has beautiful views. We had a great time and very quiet, we will definitely be back!

Had a great stay at Jeanine and Astrid's apartment ☀️ The lagoon view is stunning. Access to the beach and pool 2 minutes away was much appreciated ✨ Jeanine and Astrid were very responsive and available (their absence was not a problem at all) The concierge is also very available and someone was on site to welcome and show themselves when needed It was a real pleasure!

Lovely home in a very relaxing town. We stayed just for one night but would have loved to stay longer. The house has everything it promised — and even more. It was a wonderful experience, and Noemie was very kind and helped us throughout our stay. We definitely recommend it 100%, and we’ll be back for a longer stay to relax and enjoy some quality time. :)
