Monthly Rentals in Perkins

Enjoyed another lovely stay at Clay’s home. We wish we could book every visit with him. The house is beautifully decorated, beds are so comfy, and there are many extra special touches to make you feel right at home.

Was a great place to stay and absolutely adorable with very peaceful surroundings!!! We definitely would stay again and highly recommend!!!

We were only in town for one night, but enjoyed our stay at “The Ranch”. My elderly mother enjoyed watching the deer, rabbits and squirrels from the patio while having her morning coffee. Beautiful country location…but still only about 5 miles to town. Will stay again!

Sheila is a great host, very accommdating. I come here regularly. the cabin is always spotless, it is well equipped, and very cozy. I love relaxing on the porch and listening to the birds. I always have a great nights sleep.
