Sensational, what a wonderful place, an apartment with everything we need, including washing machine, the very attentive Vanessa, gave several tips of places. Condomínio then does not speak, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

Amazing experience! The house is cozy, very complete and all in great condition. We took 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Fernando was very helpful and answered us quickly in every question, a great host. We did not have any problems with air conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Condominium with great structure and many leisure options, in addition to extremely attentive employees. The condominium is well located, about 5 min by car from the centrinho de maresias and close to many beautiful beaches, it is organized and beautiful , gentle employees, from the house to the beach of about 15 min walking, but you can leave the car at the entrance of the condominium which shortens the way to about 7 min, the nearby beach is beautiful but the sea is quite agitated, has few stalls and little structure , there are other beaches around with more options . The house is well equipped, we do not miss anything, there is air conditioning in the environments and fans which helps a lot with the humidity , the region is of forest , and a lot of moisture causes the smell of mold, which for me is always a problem , I did not think that there were many insects, the house is screened in most windows. The owner was kind , flexible with the schedules and quickly answered all questions.

Our stay was great! The property is cozy and very well planned. The condominium is on the sand and the house is a few meters from the beach entrance. Everything worked out and Kátia always responded to us immediately. I'll be back for sure.

We were very happy to rent Frederica's house, a super cozy space, very well decorated and with privacy. Cabinet comfortably two couples, including with children. The house is in a condominium of semi-detached houses that is a grace. It's not that close to the beach but you can quietly walk or stop the car closer. The house is a bit high up, so stop carrying bag and shopping will climb up some stairs. Wifi works super well so tbm can work. Levar Agua, as there is no filter in the house. Frederica super gentle, responds very quickly and gave all the coordinates. We recommend!

Marcelo was extremely careful to make clear all that the rental had. In addition, the site was found with a higher than expected organization and cleaning. In our family stay, the place became very welcoming and we had good times. The house has everything you need to cook, barbecue and enjoy!
