All excellent! Very easy to communicate with Caio, who gave the tips and courtesies to improve our experience! The house is spacious, has separate suites. We took two dogs, one medium and one large, who were very good, since the house is all walled and were able to spend quality time with us. Kitchen has equipment and the house holds more people in the living room. Equipped grill next to the pool. I recommend it, especially for sunny days!

This is the second time that my family and I have spent a few days at the house. It is super large caters everything it promises, close to everything. We love it and will come back for sure!

We had a great stay, the house was clean and according to the photos and description. The clean pool and the house exceeded our expectations. Cláudio gave us great suggestions of places, provided full support and showed attention, quick and very helpful response, sent to deliver a delicious cake that surprised everyone in the family, we will surely come back more often.

We had an amazing weekend at Ilhabela and Rafael’s place was stunning. It’s in great location, easily walkable to the restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend holidays at Ilhabela stay at his place

Marvellous stay. Extremely polite and attentive Márcio. You sent me all the directions before I even reached out. When the house was available, he immediately let us know and pass the guidelines for access (a pity that we got traffic and we were unable to enter the rs time). Extremely clean, organized and equipped house. Great stoves, refrigerators and freezers. Always clean swimming pool. My family loved everything. They can rent without fear, it's worth every penny.

Casa nota 10 in everything, well clean, clean rooms, pool and kitchen well clean, very spacious, there is only one detail for those who are the house is all 220v, more than anything else wonderful, I can't wait to return

Location close to the center and about 5 min from some good beaches. A Julia (host) always very helpful, a love of person. I highly recommend it. I only missed a cold shower in the backyard to take sand from the beach before entering the pool, and everything else is fantastic.

Rafael's house surprised us, corresponds to the photos, and the place is extremely pleasant and the beach of Guaeca is a delight. Great for small children, we were with two babies and 3 children and everyone enjoyed a lot. The house has a nice pool and the place is super quiet. Also, the house is in front of the tennis court, which is great for those who like to practice the sport. Finally, the Vanessa that cooked and tidied the house during our stay is super pleasant, friendly and proactive. The township was truly all delicious, we spent happy days.

Everything was perfect. Isabel is a great host, very polite and proactive. The house is identical to the photos, the views are perfect, the location is good and Isabel herself leaves suggestions for tours, restaurants, in short, a complete guide! I highly recommend the accommodation and whenever I can, I'll be back, for sure. I thank Isabel for the space granted.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the noise of the sea and walking on the waterfront was very good for me and my husband. We also took advantage of the pool on the day it was cloudy. Thank you for the stay and we plan to return for sure!

We were in Ilhabela for the second time and we love hosting at Evelyn's house, a more beautiful and clean house than you can still see in the photo. perfect 😍 very clean , it has sun umbrella beach chair and nois cooler we love and we use it a lot. Everything very good super quiet condominium, for those looking for tranquility the place is ideal. Evelyn was very nice and helpful allowed agent to enter the house before the time, it was very friendly 🙏🏻

Great house! Super spacious, because the rooms are suites is great for maintaining the privacy of each family. The house requires some maintenance adjustments, but nothing that impacts the stay. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and with a market nearby. The host is very helpful and was flexible at check out. We highly recommend the house!

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

Very satisfied with the house. Clean, airy, clean and new bed and bath linen, very well equipped house, kitchen with many utensils, working td, 4 minutes walk to the beach, safe condominium, beautiful, quiet. Ana was very kind and attentive, she welcomed us very well, with a wonderful cake. I highly recommend it!

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

Our stay was amazing! An ideal home for family moments, with spaces that provide these moments! We were in 20 people and 2 pets. The outdoor space was ideal for the dogs. The accommodations are comfortable offering everything that is necessary.High points: location ( it is very close to the beach which made it very easy because we were with 3 elderly family members; all dormitory suites with air conditioning; BBQ space and games provided great family moments.Enfim, a house with all the requirements for a great stay in a family and quiet beach.Nikolas and Renato super attentive.
