The house is perfect , very airy and spacious Condominium with all the infrastructure, gym , swimming pools , sauna One of the amenities offered that made the difference was the beach chairs and umbrellas , the staff who put it in the place the guest indicates , all perfect ! Thaís was extremely solicitous and attentive ,we will be back for sure !

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

The stay was simply wonderful! We went to a group of friends and everything corresponded exactly to what we saw in the listing . The pool area and Jacuzzi is delicious, we spend hours there enjoying the sun and relaxing. The space has a lot of green area, which made everything even more enjoyable and with that climate of refuge. The host was super attentive from the start.

Our stay in this place was surprising, the view is a thousand times better than in the photos , without regard to the structure of the house everything you need they offer , from bedding to appliances , clean house all new , from the first contact with Roberta very helpful and soon after with Vera ,who always answered some doubts that we had, for sure, we will go back !

Nice house, beautiful and in a quiet location. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. There were 6 of us and at the dining table there were only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some kitchen utensils like tea cups. As there were 2 children in the group and in a vacation mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the living room floor and resting the plate on the coffee table. It was no surprise, as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it can be an important point. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi because it takes a long time to heat up and you can't turn it on with the house's electric shower because the circuit breaker trips. When we returned from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and remove the sand from their body before entering the Jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on long enough to warm up. With the cold water, no one went in, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to fix that.

The house is beautiful, just like the photos, very comfortable, functional, well-equipped and conveniently located The host always responded very quickly and solved everything for us in the best way. Everything was excellent! The place is highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is very good, clean, very well maintained, everything is clear, spacious and pleasant. Beds with great mattresses. Well-equipped kitchen. We loved everything about the house. The neighborhood is simple, but quiet and easy to access the main track to the beaches. Very close to the Tenda Hypermarket (cheapest in Ubatuba). We just missed having a fan in the dining room.... it's a suggestion for the hottest days

The hostess was attentive, gave suggestions for tours and a place to eat and always delivered a capricated breakfast at the agreed time! The place is cosy and quiet! We'll definitely be back!

The place is simply charming: cozy, clean, well cared for, and with a wonderful energy. In the evening, the starry sky was a separate spectacle — we saw the most beautiful stars of our lives. It was an amazing stay! The hut is easily accessible by car, but isolated enough inside the Atlantic Forest to give the perfect feeling of refuge. In addition, the architecture is welcoming and relaxing, with an internal and external atmosphere that brings total serenity. It is noticed from the first moment that the space was thought with great affection and care. Communication with Belen has been clear, efficient and very respectful since the booking. We were also very well served by Denize, who works at the property and takes care of the cleaning and reception to the guests. In addition to being super friendly, she was always on hand to replenish breakfast items, help us with the removal of the trash and to provide us with some items for our day-to-day organization. I and my girlfriend love these days that we spent in the hut and it's definitely a place that will deserve a return!
