The stay was excellent. The accommodation is true to the descriptions and images in the publication. The host was extremely friendly at all times and always responded when I asked him. The complex's surroundings are very nice and the common facilities as well. The staff of the place are very friendly.

The house is cute. Exactly as the description, were days of peace and nature. Cenira was great in the whole process. I will definitely return and indicate this place.

The view is incredible, the trail that gives access to the beach is very cool has structure to descend with support of ropes and steps. Modest and clean accommodation, smelling and good quality linen and towels.

I have been several times on the island, and in the condominium in a few other times and I love besides being a beautiful place and a lot of peace has a delicious pool and with the convenience of having a transfer that takes us practically in front of the private beach of the condominium that is delicious, this beach is my favorite end up not even leaving by car by day for liking the beach that it faces so much! In relation to the bungalow I have nothing to claim everything as is in the photos in In front of the pool! Thank you also for the understanding I ended up winding up with the schedules and they were super understanding! I will return several times without a doubt! It was unforgettable! ❤️

Marih from the beginning was super gentle and attentive, sent several local recommendations, responded promptly. The House was exactly as in the pictures and description. Nothing to complain about, just gratitude. There was a day to night that rained a lot and we ran out of water, but the next day, early, the water was restored. Marih was attentive all the time.. The place is beautiful and there's a peace. There's a little piece of road on the ground, a 1km thing, but it's well beat, no hole, and super open. From town to the night arriving quietly. But with the heavy rain it had in one night, the road the next day was in the same way, with no holes...

The place is beautiful, close to everything, I had no difficulty, I went to maresias every day, the always helpful host, sent a guide from the place helped too much!

I had an amazing experience in this apê! The place is exactly as in the pictures: clean, organized and comfortable. The location is also excellent, close to everything we need to enjoy the days there. The highlight goes to the host, which was simply impeccable from beginning to end! Attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions or tips from the region. It can feel like he really cares about the experience of whoever stays. Without a doubt, I would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Paty and her family were very receptive and attentive, which makes a big difference. The place is as described in the photos, everything is clean and well organized, a supermarket nearby, the convenience of an elevator and parking. Access to several beaches. stay was wonderful, the loft is super well equipped and clean, the bath towels were super smelling and both Thiago and Tamie are super attentive.

Strengths: it has a good shower, comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well, the basic necessities and all the utensils described were available, close to bakery and markets. Negative points: the garage is open, there is no gate or wall ; any pedestrian that passes through there has to touch the vehicle and, although there is a security camera, this type of information should be fundamental in the listing, because in the photos you could not see that the garage was like this . We stayed on the first floor and the other guests who passed through our loft could see inside, especially with the lights on and we only found out later and began to lower the awning that had to have privacy. We thought that for improvement it would be good to have pots to store food. In general, all the details are properly consistent with the author's description. We feel good and we suggest you to host onsite. It was really good.

I loved the apartment and the location! It was all clean, tidy and organized, I felt at home. The location helped me a lot, at night I was able to walk around and eat quietly, I did it all on foot and without worry. To get to the apartment there is a staircase, maybe for those with a small child it's a little bad, but for me it was quiet. Some notes that I think will help ( but nothing so relevant, so much that I would rent the apartment again) - in the bathroom lack place to hang the towel, clothes… - in the bathroom lack place to place soap - in the bedroom is missing a mirror - and what I missed most, a six-pack or a machine to wash the laundry that we bring from the beach. The apartment faces a beautiful beach, too bad it can't be used, but even then when you wake up and see that view, it's worth the day! Oh, and Natália was wonderful! You can rent, you won't regret it!

Excellent location , there is no need to take car from the garage we were on the foot of the beach of Ubatuba one of the best prais of Ubatuba, impeccable space better than the photos, we did barbecue and the oven bread and oven noodles.
