Accommodation just like the photos, everything new and clean. Peaceful and family villa. Clean, tasteful and functional decoration. The only photo that causes a bit of confusion is the one that shows the beach and lets us understand that the property would be standing in the sand, because we were told that we could wait for the check in time (if we arrived before the time) in this area of the beach, but the swing is located in a bar/kiosk (with great service) on the beach. To get to the beach you just have to cross the avenue, very easy. This confusion made it a little difficult to locate the entrance to the property at night, but we quickly turned around and found it! The host Karina is very friendly and polite. We recommend the accommodation and hope to return soon!

It was wonderful! We were in a family, and we had support when needed, easy access to various points, we could walk to the historic center, and in front of the beach, great restaurants around, supermarket. Comfortable house, and had the basics we needed!

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

First of all, I would like to compliment Caio's availability, he was very helpful and polite. The house is large with ample spaces, it was well organized and is very beautiful. The pool is delightful and the barbecue area is very cozy. It is located very close to Perequê beach and the city centre. I would definitely recommend it and come back again.

We loved the house and would definitely stay again! The house is great and everything was organized. The house is quite complete. Sonata is very solicitous. Everything we needed to ask for, she always helped quickly. Only the slope is very steep. I don't recommend inexperienced drivers who aren't confident behind the wheel to climb. Other than that, everything is perfect!!!!

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

We were super welcome, Taciano very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, all very clean, exactly as in the pictures. It has a super different view, we love it and we would definitely come back. The condominium's pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.
