Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, the Chalet is ideal for couples. In the yard, there are 2 female dogs, but they can remain tied up. Buses pass by the door and it is very close to Perequê Beach. I'll be waiting for you.

The house is comfortable, pleasant and cozy! House in excellent location! (3 blocks from Main Avenue). It's 400 yards from the ferry. You will have quick access to the southern beaches as well as the northern beaches. We are close to the gas station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We live in the main house, we have + a lodging in this private place (only the garage and the flights of stairs are shared) . The space has access on the side of the house, portao and a parking space!
