Very beautiful place! We enjoyed every minute! The house was really clean and the view was breathtaking.

Our stay in this condo was exactly what we wanted and needed! Everything was perfect for us. We did this trip for our 36th Anniversary!❤️ We were so pleased with the view of the beach! Just that alone was so relaxing and enjoyable! We will definitely be back! It’s an amazing feeling of freedom and peace. No worries at all‼️ Thank you to all the wonderful people who made this stay possible and very special! ❤️

One word that comes to mind is “WOW!” The condo was perfect in every way. Easy to access and very comfortable. David and Susan are very fast with their response to any questions you may have. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view is spectacular! Very short walk to the beach. I have stayed at several location over the years and this is absolutely my favorite place! Can’t say enough about it. It was simply amazing! Very highly recommended A++++++++.

We’ve stayed at 7-8 different condos in Orange Beach. The total package of Carrie’s unit plus the SEACHASE property stole the show. In addition, Carrie was the most friendly & responsive host we’ve ever worked with. We just left yesterday & have already rebooked for next year.

Best price for any condo in the area, being on second floor was great because we could just take the stairs rather than waiting an elevator.

LOVED our stay here! This condo is in a great location!! Right between two amazing restaurants and right on the water. Also super close to the state park… we actually rode our bicycles over to the park and spent the day and then came back and walked over to Tacky Jacks for dinner. The condo is right on the water and we were able to fish as well. The condo is super clean and Josh is very responsive to my questions and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. HIGHLY recommend this place and I plan on making plans to stay again in the future!

This was my first experience with using Airbnb, and I am extremely satisfied with this listing! The host Daniel was amazing with instructions for check in and check out, and even gave us a list of things to do around the area. He was also very responsive with any questions I had. Will for sure stay here next time we come to Gulf Shores! Couldn’t recommend this place enough 🥰

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Shopping, places to eat and the beach all within walking distance. What more do you need? We will definitely stay here again.

The condo and location were great! I have stayed at several Vacation Rental company managed properties and I know it’s the norm to only leave a very minimum of supplies of necessities, but I think when its listed on Airbnb the norm should be Airbnb’s, which normally has enough supplies for the entire stay. I mean, no one can only buy 7 days of soap, detergent, etc.

We loved staying at Julie’s place. It was close to lots of things to do but was quiet and relaxing. It was very clean and she responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone!

I will always choose phoenix V when staying in orange beach. We had a great time and couldn’t have ask for a better price on the condo and the view of the beach from our room. The room was perfectly decorated for that beach vibe feel. If anyone asks where to go we will absolutely recommend. I hope this review helps your future residents see this and choose Phoenix V!

Amber provided a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee etc which was very nice. Air conditioner worked great. Plenty of towels and even had beach chairs!

This condo was great! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were very nice and clean and the condo security was very on top of everything and making sure only people staying at beach colony were swimming in the pools! Margaret was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. We had a great stay and will definitely remember this place for our next stay!

Stayed somewhere else when we came to Pensacola, but loved the area so much we wanted to stay another night. Booked this condo last minute, it's about the same price as a hotel room but better. Beautiful view, right on the beach, gated parking. Wish I had booked this condo for our entire trip instead of only the last day.

We loved Sand Key & the condo we were in. It was so quiet and peaceful. Our condo was wonderful. They had a great fitness room and both pools were right next to the beach. We will definitely be back again!
