We took a metal box & designed & built what is now the Evangeline. Crafted with care and designed to replicate what we would want in a rental space we made sure the Evangeline would be a cozy and unique experience for those away from home. This tiny home is minutes away from University of West Florida and local hospitals.

This home has been completely renovated in the last two years to include new flooring, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, water heater, roof, AC, and custom fire pit out front. The living room and primary bedroom have smart TV's that you can hook-up your subscriptions. Enjoy the privacy and central location to NFCU, and UWF.

There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
