The place was very clean and the entrance to the beach was directly in front of the airbnb. Amazing spot, plus it gave a comfortable coastal home vibe. Would recommend staying here!

Joni’s place is fantastic! This was our first family vacation (4yo, 2.5yo, & 3mo old). It was the perfect place for us! Super clean, up to date kitchen, and phenomenal view. We loved it so much, that we booked again for next year. We’re hopeful to keep making it our small family tradition at Joni’s place!

Madison and Cody were excellent hosts. Their condo was perfect for us. Great location, nice restaurants nearby, close to the Pier, close to The Wharf, and plenty of open beach to set up for the day. We will definitely come back!

Stayed here during my wedding weekend. My wedding was downtown so I got to literally walk to the venue. I grew up in Pensacola so I love Palafox and wanted to stay RIGHT on it. So many restaurants and things to do, this place was PERFECT! The check in process was so easy and they gave me clear instructions and were so helpful. I will def be staying here again in the future!!!

Blaine is a great host. He goes above and beyond to assure you have a great trip. The condo and resort are beautiful! We can’t wait to visit again! 10/10

It was great, Dennis stayed in communication! Loved we could watch dolphins feeding in the evening and morning. Parasailing was right there on the beach and was so much fun! All in all a great experience! Would go back for sure!

By far the best beach condo we’ve ever stayed in! The condo itself is stunning, and the view of the gulf from the balcony cannot be beat. The beach is pristine and welcoming, completely relaxing. Rhonda and Ken are the best hosts, from always being communicative to providing wonderful restaurant recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Great beach condo with comfortable beds, easy access to the beach, pools, and was clean. We loved starting and ending our day on the balcony overlooking the gulf.

It was very nice - just like the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised with the well stocked kitchen - there were plenty of plates, glasses, silverware etc AND a nice variety of pots & pans, cookie sheets, pizza pan, can opener, a blender, knife set, even a crockpot! Due to several family members serve food allergies, we typically cook almost all of our meals, so the kitchen wherever we stay is VERY important to me - and this was the best AirB&B kitchen we have ever had! There was also a nice grill. Community pools & gym were very nice. Shuttle service to the beach was very fast & easy! Another nice bonus was there were beach chairs & beach towels. The screened in porch was a favorite spot for my family. It was a nice neighborhood- felt VERY safe walking our dog. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back!

My family and I came to Pensacola FL for my sons Navy A School graduation and Christine’s place was the perfect place to stay at, it felt like home for us. It was super close to everything, the peace and quiet was amazing. I absolutely loved the decor and how comfortable the beds were. This home was fantastic. Very well stocked throughout! The kitchen has so much available for you to use and neatly organized. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues. We definitely enjoyed the pool and loved that you had a basket ready for all our pool needs. You thought of everything. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your space. The condo is super clean and the location is perfect! The lazy river & the little dog friendly beach are really fun and everyone is also super nice to us & my baby princess doggy! Also, there are dog friendly great restaurants nearby. Totally recommend & will stay again very soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront, pet-friendly condo in Orange Beach! The hosts were wonderful—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. The condo was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing trip. The beds were super comfy, and the views? Absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean never got old. A huge perk was the private outdoor beach closet just for this unit—such a lovely touch! It was fully stocked with great beach chairs and several high-quality umbrellas, which made our beach days easy and enjoyable. Another unexpected bonus was the amazing laundry room. It had extra detergents, plenty of beach towels, and even extra bath towels—all the thoughtful little details that made us feel right at home. The location is also unbeatable. We walked to The Coastal for dinner, took a quick 5-minute Uber to SanRoc Cay Marina and Flora-Bama, and had two grocery stores right across the street.

We loved everything about this condo! Great location to eats, shopping and right across the street from the beach access! We will definitely be back if available in the future.

THE VIEW WAS FABULOUS! Great unit in a great location. Sitting on balcony was almost like sitting on the beach. Location of unit in complex made it convenient for using the stairs if you didn’t need the elevator. Unit was really nice with great amenities. Grocery stores were walkable. We would definitely rent again.

We spent the most amazing week in this condo! My husband, myself, and our two kids absolutely loved this condo and will be booking again very soon! It’s on the first floor and you have your own entrance off the balcony to access the pool and the beach. It was so nice to be able to just step off the balcony and get in the hot tub! Beautiful beach and beautiful condo!

This place is really better than the pictures. It was immaculately cleaned and Rebekah has taken care of every little detail that most hosts don't even think of. From the kitchen being "above & beyond" most all rentals, to the layout of the place, the balcony furniture, the media options in the home, and even a personal stool in the shower! It's every single little detail you can imagine...she has it covered. Most luxury rentals don't have what she supplies you in the kitchen. if you like to cook, you've got it made. This rental was really impeccable. The beach location is superb. You will not find a better condo to rent for the price than this, in her building, or any others in the area. Now I truly know what a 5 Star Host looks like. She raised the bar on what I consider 5 Star from now on.

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. A really nice, clean and quite place. It was a short walk to the beach, and it was not crowded there, it was family friendly. I highly recommend this place for a layed back beach vacation that is centrally located to Orange and Pensecola beach.

Ashleigh was a great host. She was available for anything you need. Location was great, very short walk to the beach and like half a mile to Publix (great grocery store). Beach was beautiful and we loved going out to the pier halfway to gulf shores to see dolphins and the fishing.

We had the most amazing stay! Short walk to the beach, the view of the pool was beautiful, the water felt amazing. Our favorite part was walking to the gazebo and feeding the turtles that live in the lagoon. there was probably 30 of them!
