My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Waterfront canal property. See the sunrise sitting by the canal enjoying a fresh brewed coffee, and watch the sun set out front over the water of Perdido Bay. Bring your boat and dock out back. Ramp is 1/2 mile. This cozy cottage, with new furnishings, sleeps 4 adults, 2 in the full bed and 2 on the queen size sofabed. In the kitchen area has a microwave, coffee pot, sink and a 5 foot refrigerator/freezer. There is a full bathroom, and a closet and bureaus for clothes.
