My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

Things we loved: - the house is well stocked with everything we needed! Thank you! -the beds were comfortable! Everyone slept well! -the pack in play was awesome to have! -the couch was super comfortable -the grill was awesome to have! -the pickleball court and pool made for so many amazing memories! - the foosball table was awesome! The kids loved playing all of those games! What a great touch! We will definitely be back. It’s the perfect house for a family vacation!

The pine house was tucked away and we felt like we were vacationing in the mountains even though it was right here in the panhandle. It was beautiful and hassle free. We enjoyed our stay!

nowadays when most airbnb can be a poop chute, this place is a refreshing 10/10! we would stay again and recommend others to stay, too! don't wait! book it!

Jeff was a great host, very chill. His house rules were reasonable and easy to follow (enjoy the house with respect). Quick to respond when a storm knocked out the router.

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

Beautiful home with tons of comfortable space for your family! Laura was very responsive and the location was perfect for our son’s wedding in downtown Pensacola! They are building a home next to this one but the workers and the new homeowner respected our space and were conscientious to not disrupt our plans. They all even congratulated our family on the wedding!

Second time staying here and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again!

We stayed at Terrance’s place for about 4 days! I absolutely loved it . Neighborhood was quiet , beach was only 20 mins away and Terrance always responded within a timely manner. We will be staying here again if we come back to pensacola for any reason !

My husband and I absolutely loved the home and it was perfect for just the two of us. Small, simple, cozy and beautiful! Highly recommend and couldn't have had a better first time experience!

Will forever be my favorite place! We came here last year and again for our anniversary and Deborah left us a cake and flowers! She goes above and beyond for us every time. Me and my husband genuinely enjoy our stays here and will definitely be back again!!

Perfect location for foodies and shopping when needed. Plus u have your CVS and Walgreens just less than 10 minutes away and great yelp reviews on places to grab something to eat and enjoy.. thank you!!! Other than a small hiccup everything was great!!!

Our stay in Pensacola was great! We were centrally located to everything. Pensacola beach was only about 20 minutes away. Nightlife was also very close. Devillier's square was abt 5 mins away; so was some bars with good deals and pool tables. There was some construction going on around the neighborhood but it was very quiet and felt safe.

This house had everything we needed and was adorable. Meticulously decorated. Enough coffee to get you through a day or two. The neat outside area (screened-in porch, large yard). All the channels/streaming platforms you could want on the TV. Clean, non-cluttered, quick response from hosts. 3-mile loop trail along the water, perfect for a run, walk, or watching the Blue Angels practice. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Some downsides, that were minor: Shampoo, soap, and conditioner were in the listing as being included, but there were none, so we couldn't shower until we went to the store. The host has an off-platform rental agreement, which puts a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't sign those. All communication should go through Airbnb. They were flexible with me on this, which I appreciated. A large cockroach frequently visited the bathroom. That's Florida for you, though. Bedrooms don't get dark at night from outside light, even with miniblinds. Overall, great stay.

Pamela was awesome! The house was so homey and comfortable. The screened in porch was our favorite and we enjoyed our coffee out there every morning. The air conditioner went out during our stay and Pamela had maintenance out to fix within just a few hours. Check out was also a breeze! We will be back!

Let me say Seth and Jenny are wonderful! I left an item that I really needed and without hesitation they offered to send as soon as possible. Couldn't thank them enough. Communicate with Seth was quick and friendly. He even updated us on the weather going back home. check in and out was a breeze. Seth's house is fantastic!! The home is spotless, rooms very large and the bed is very comfortable. Plenty towels, pillows and blankets. kitchen well equipped. Every room in the house has plenty of space. We felt so at home. The house had everything you could think of and need. The little kids had room to move. I love the TV in the kitchen. I can't think of anything he needs to improve on. I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone if you are visiting the area. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this gorgeous home! We will return. Thanks for everything Seth. Vanessa Birmingham, AL

Jared’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location, close to downtown, groceries, markets and a short drive to the beach. Jared was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was equipped with oils and seasonings and all the pots & pans needed. I had a night in lounging and watching Netflix. The bedroom has its own AC which is so nice also. Id book again next time I’m in Pcola!

We spent Father’s Day weekend here. Visited the Naval museum, Pensacola Beach, and downtown Pensacola. Pam is a wonderful host and her home was very relaxing, quiet, very clean, and lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Cannot recommend this home enough!

We had a wonderful day! Great for a big family! Mom and dad and four kids! The kitchen was great and we loved the screened in porch and the backyard is where we spent most of our time! We will definitely book the house again when we come back and visit! Oh, the master bathroom set up is phenomenal!

My wife and I were both pleased with this property. Amy was a perfect host answering questions promptly. The location could not have been better. We really enjoyed the Tiki Bar and pool. If the opportunity arises we would love to spend another vacation there.

The Sunshine Stay was great!!! Everything was exactly like the pictures. The hosts thought of everything. They had cute little instruction posted everywhere and great recommendations. This stay was perfect for our family!
