Beachfront holiday rental in Escambia County

Love staying here! Close to beach and easy walk to restaurants. House is always clean and A/C works well so never hot! Small house but functional and second bedroom is large with 2 full or queen beds. 1 story so no stairs with dogs or kids. Ms. Ella always nice and easily reached.

We loved staying at Kristine’s place. The house was adorable and the bay view was beautiful. So peaceful!

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

Loved the place! Close to the beach and inside the garage has everything you and your family needs for some beach fun. Very quiet place and loved feeding the ducks while drinking coffee on the back porch. Thanks again!

I loved staying at Terri's cottage. Terri and Stu were awesome. Both of them were very helpful..great recommendation for restaurants and also with local activities that my family and I could do. The cottage was clean and well kept. Free wifi and great streaming services!! Would recommend staying here for your next trip!!

I needed to just get away from reality for a little bit and my stay at Mrs.Angela’s little private piece of heaven was exactly what I needed. The pictures in the description don’t do it justice. Such a relaxing peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. Minutes from everything you would think you need. I would and hope to stay here over and over! Perfect place to rewind and find yourself. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven!

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 20th anniversary at Pensacola Beach. We wanted a place that was affordable and near the beach and Maggie's place was perfect! The house is situated at the end of a row of townhouses, so it's not directly on the beach, but there is still a beautiful view from the top deck off the master bedroom where you can see the water and the sunrise. The walk to the beach was super easy. Just down a sidewalk and you're there! About a minute walk. There was a countertop ice maker and an ice maker in the garage freezer. There were plenty of beach chairs to use which we really appreciated! Also, Maggie was quick to respond with our questions! There are a lot of stairs, as someone else stated, but totally worth it! My husband said if we ever come back he would definitely consider this house for a family vacation as there is plenty of room for a family and great location!

I can't say enough as to how absolutely accommodating and flexible the host was. This is my first experience ever using Airbnb as I've avoided it due to bad experiences my family and friends have had in the past. The property was beautiful and had more amenities than listed. It was all very updated with brand new outdoor furniture and a gorgeous pool and outdoor kitchen area. There was clear and prompt communication with the host and everything went so smoothly from check in to check out. I'll absolutely be looking into renting the home again in the near future. Thanks for making my wife's graduation weekend so care free and relaxing. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

The house was beautifully decorated and so inviting. The sleeping spaces were ample and comfy. All bathrooms were so clean. There were nice perks of extra beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, golf cart if you wanted, and downstairs fridge for when you are spending the day outside and at the pool. A quick and easy walk to the beach that was perfect to allow for our own privacy while not missing out on beach time. We would definitely stay here again!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

As advertised ! A wee bit expensive, but one gets what they pay for. The private beach was a delight. House accommodated 6 adults without issue. Lots of amenities for the water. Enjoyed the bonfire pit. Open porch was enjoyed by all. Very convenient to the Blue Wahoo Stadium. Thanks Donna's and Beach House for a great stay in Pensacola.....

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

This is a wonderful place for a laid back beach vacation. Steps from the beach and a nearby undeveloped beach provided us the type of quiet beach vacation that we wanted. The house is easily accessible, and well stocked with the basics, both for the home and for the beach. We lived our time there and would go back again.

What a beautiful location! Water views are breathtaking and lovely quiet neighborhood…only a 10 minute drive to the beach. There was plenty of space to relax and enjoy quality time with family. We had an issue with the oven beeping and management came right over (at 8pm at night!) to take care of it. Very responsive and on top of things! We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!
