Apartment 36 is a luxury Apartment with stunning unobstructed views overlooking the Marina and Harbour. The Apartment has a new designer kitchen with new appliances and is well equipped. There is Weber bbq on the balcony with gas supplied. There is unlimited WiFi, Sky TV , a 75" Sony Android Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Excellent location with a short walk to Restaurants , beach, town and supermarket. The complex has a large shared swimming pool.

Nestled in the Pauanui Lakes Resort you’ll find Villa 46 where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the tranquil space offered. Bliss Out and relax in this calm, stylish space. Right on the Waterways. Two outdoor parking spots off road & in carpark in Sovereign Pier. One park will fit a boat. Boat ramp on site. Watch the activity on the waterways… boats coming and going, lots of sea birds etc. Gorgeous pool and spa as well as a gym and tennis court. Close to town and all amenities. Great kitchen , indoor and outdoor living areas. 2 bedrooms but can fit 2 extra children in second bedroom. (2 foam mattresses)
