(Sleeps 6) Pauanui Beach is an easy 15 min walk away & it's only a 5 minute drive to the local shops and takeaways. The house has everything you need, outdoor dining, a bbq, 2 living areas, a multi purpose mezzanine that can be used as an extra sleeping area. The caravan & utility have their own outdoor kitchen/dining area and outdoor shower. The section is fully fenced.

This is a very comfortable contemporary style beach house only a short walk to a magnificent beach,very sort after by holiday makers.The family can walk to the beach and not cross any roads.This is on one of New Zealand's most beautiful coasts with great walks hiking and fishing not to mention the surf. My wife and I are close to this property and I can help you with your stay if required and make sure you get the most out of your stay if required. I can sort fishing or diving trips .
