Great place to stay in Pontresina!

The apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures. Easily accessible by public transport. Ski room with shoe heating:-) very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

This apartment is part of a complex comprising 7 buildings, and 710-1 is on the 5th floor of 'Haus 7'. It has a great view of Lake Silvaplana and the mountains from the corner balcony, where you can sit outside if the weather is warm. There's a nice spacious living area and two decent-sized bedrooms with lots of cupboards and storage space for coats, boots, etc. If your vehicle is less than 1.98m high then you will be able to use an underground parking space that is very convenient for the lift, which will take you directly up to the apartment level. If your vehicle is too high, the reception will direct you to free public parking 5 mins walk away. But you can still drive up to the reception for unloading and loading. The building is well equipped with a laundry room and cleaning room. There's a lockable bike room by reception with plenty of space. And although we stayed in summer, there's also lots of ski/boot storage in the complex. Do explore all the walking and biking options! And lots of free/cheap buses to get around. Wonderful area and we really enjoyed our 11 nights in the apartment.

The place is great with full set of equipment we want for kitchen and bathroom. Room is very clean and the location is very close to the lift. Favorite place for ski! One thing to be improved, the key box place, which is located in Flims but apartment is in LaaX (around 15min by bus). And the key keeper is one from cleaning/laundry store that she can only speak Italian and Dutch. So if the key box can be set near the apartment building, it will be much more helpful and friendly!

What a lovely space and location! We were there for a medical conference and it was wonderful watching the sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee looking out over the lake and ending our evenings after a long day of work, with a glass of wine, enjoying the cool mountain air. Very convenient as was 10 minute walk to our conference, close to groceries and we jumped in the lake in the mornings and walked around the lake and trails daily. Great experience all around and would return for next year's conference for sure. -Nasha

Wonderful apartment in Silvaplana-Surlej in close proximity to countless outdoor activities. The very well-equipped kitchen and the large, sunny balcony invite you to linger, especially after a sauna. Very fast communication with Speciale Home - they helped wherever they could. We will be back - thanks a lot :)

Had a great stay, lovely apartment with parking space right up front, also well accesible with the bus. Local bakeries and stores in walking distance.

Great stay at Sandra’s place. The place is even more spacious than it looks on the pictures. Very close to the center by walking. Quiet apartment.

We spent a lovely week here and enjoyed the house very much. It has all the appliances one needs and especially the garden was beautiful.

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Great place to stay for those who like outdoors and views on the mountains. The view from the house is amazing, breathtaking! Furthermore, the house is perfect for a small family. Clean and tidy. Split levels which make the house play full. The owners live in the same village and welcomed us, helped us with setting up the pool for the children for some hot days, and also shared some local wine. Very much appreciated! There is an intermediary (Inter home) for this house. Good service but also adding cost (on top of AirBnB fee) and hazzle, using two platforms. Having to exchange a deposit via another platform. This is not why we use the Airbnb platform.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic place in Graubünden! The charming house is set in an idyllic little village surrounded by a stunning mountain backdrop. As soon as you enter, you can feel the cozy atmosphere – plenty of space, loving old decor, make it a perfect retreat. We have wonderfully slowed down in Casa Sole. It's a great, very spacious rustico. Everything very clean and in top condition. Kitchen well furnished and bathroom/WC modern. Beds comfortable. Shopping facilities are within easy reach and yet you have peace of mind. Viewing of deer and rabbits included Images match. However, the listing unfortunately does not match the circumstances in various points: for example, there is no outdoor grill, but an outdoor oven. We would have liked to have grilled, which is not possible. The existing wood is unusable, as it is too large for the oven and there is no axe to crush it. All in all: We would come back anytime.

this is a great place for bigger groups. Beautiful view and has all the things we need

very cozy house right on the slopes and in the center of the village. Very nice to have lunch in the sun in the afternoon on the terrace. Everything you need is present. Small downside: occasionally some odor nuisance, but possibly that is a general problem in the village (also occasionally in restaurants and so noticed)
